Everflea is a play written by Santiago del Fosco, performed by Santiago del Fosco and Camilo Menjura. It started with as a see commission for CASA and OvalHouse as part of their FiRST BiTES 2018. The play was then programmed in CASA Festival 2019 at the Arcola Theatre.

The play tells the story of an imaginary creature that has come into the world in pursuit of its dream to be real, like humans.

Everflea is a distorted account, accompanied by live music, of what it’s like to feel like a stranger in every aspect of life, in an era of over-stimulated senses and unfulfilled wants. The play explore themes of acceptance, migration and queerness and the intersection between these. The team is now working on reviving the play for a young audience because of the relevance Everflea’s journey has for theirs.
